At Beyond Balloon Co, we specialize in a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, school events, graduations, races, events around town, and many more!

First fill out the inquiry form and we will see if your date is available. If so, there will be a questionnaire to fill out so we can learn more about your event. You then will chose a time for a quick 5-10 minute phone consultation. After we speak, I will create a vision board for you to approve and send along with a quote. If we are on the same page and everything looks good a 50% deposit is required to save your event date and time. 

Yes, your event is not booked until a 50% deposit is made. The other 50% will be due 48 hours prior to your event. 

The best answer is, it depends! A lot can affect the life span of the balloons, but if they are kept inside away from sunlight they will last the longest, typically 2-3 weeks. Balloons outside in high heat or direct sunlight may only last the day. Other natural elements like wind and rain can affect the set up. We will do everything in our power to make sure it is secure, but sometimes mother nature has other plans. 

The earlier the better! Preferred booking is 6-8 from your event. Last minute bookings within 10 days of the event will encore a late booking fee of $50.
